3. The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4. When select the material of the long boom,according to the boom length,excavator model,attachment self-weight etc, most important is the working condition, we will select the right material to suggest you.

4. We will supply all the pipeline for you according to your application. For this Hyundai R520LC-9  30M meter high reach demolition boom, we prepared 3 kit extra pipes for attachments.And for the extra pipes,we prepared stop valve, so it's convenient for assembling and dismantling attachments.

5. This demolition boom total length with 30M, boom length 18M, middle boom length 2.5M, arm length 9.5M.

40ft container length only 12M, and 45ft container only 13.5M, but this boom is 18M. So for easy shipment, we make the boom with 2-section design. Section one length is 7M, section two is 11.09M.

6. Some cylinders of the high reach demolition boom can use original cylinders to save the cost.

- Middle boom cylinder (Cylinder-1) can use original stick cylinder to save cost.(As customer requirements,we also can prepare this cylinder ourselves.)

- Stick cylinder (Cylinder-2) can use original bucket cylinder to save cost.(As customer requirements,

we also can prepare this cylinder ourselves.)

- Bucket cylinder (Cylinder-3):we will prepare bucket cylinder

7. We will issue the drawing and working diagram for your review  before you place the order.

8.We will prepare counter weight for the demolition boom we supplied you.

9. A good demolition boom was depends on the good material and good welding. Material we use Q690D, with our very good welding made the booms more good quality.
